Daily Practice Program | Maha Bheda

In this lesson we have described maha bheda mudra. You should master it and add it to your daily kriya yoga practice.

Try basti if you have spare time and the necessary facilities, and especially if you suffer from constipation.

You can proceed to antar mouna, stage 5 – thoughtlessness – if you have practised the previous stages for a reasonable duration.

We have described three asanas in this lesson: gomukhasana, dhanurakarshanasana, baka dhyanasana. Try to practise one or more of them in your spare time.
