Repeat your sankalpa for a minute or so.
Then end the practice.
Stage 8: end
Leave all practice.
Become aware of your breathing.
Then be aware of your whole body from the top of the head to the tips of the toes.
Chant mentally to yourself:
Hari Aum Tat Sat
This is the end of yoga nidra.
Become aware of the floor.
Become aware of your surroundings.
Move your hands and feet.
Lie quietly for some time with your eyes closed.
